Hello, i just made the stepts to update my bank account like ebay asked and i'm stuck on this step    " Enter microdeposit amounts Please enter the amounts that eBay has sent to this bank account. The transaction will be from eBay. It doesn’t matter what order you enter them. If your payouts were on hold, you’ll start receiving funds again, provided no other issues are needing your attention. I am new in ebay selling I got a weird massage of -61 credit fee because I rejected an offer on my samsung device... I stated that I will not consider offer under certain amount. Ebay's problem resolution system is blatantly rubbish in certain situations.   I paid more that two hundred pounds to get a bracelet delivered, after a week the seller had not issued any delivery details, had not even sent the item.  So I contacted him and almost immediatel;y he replied that the item was with India Post for delivery to me - even gave me a tracking number.   I checked tracking number with India Post for several days and was informed that the package was not yet in their hands.   Contacted seller again and this time he told me that the package was in fact with DHL Express!  New tracking number.   Have checked DHL Express and they tell me that they don't yet have the package either!  But of course the seller has told ebay the tracking details so ebay tells me to wait until 7th July before opening a case!  This seller is blatantly lying through his teeth and ebay will do absolutely nothing.   Ebay is great for fraudulent sellers! ... I'm new to selling. 2 out of the 3 items I've listed don't feel right...  ITEM A - sold in auction for £63, a price I was happy with. Successful bidder never paid, so I cancelled the order and relisted it. The same person won the bidding the second time, at an over-inflated price of £400. I knew she had no intention of paying, and I was proved right! ITEM B - sold as 'buy it now' for a price I was hPpy with. Buyer paid but never responded to my messages in trying to arrange the collection.  What's is going on here? Is this usual practice?  Also, I wanted to contact a previous bidder to see if they would be I terested, but can find no way to contact them.  Ive tried to report these people, but there are no 'categories' on the drop down lists that fit the bill of these strange (to say the least) people.  Interested to hear your thoughts and advice  Thank you ... I've had a warning today telling me that I was trying to buy or sell outside of Ebay.  I sent a message to a seller, who wanted payment on collection of the item, that I bought via BIN saying, 'could you send me your address so that I can collect the item'   How on earth am I supposed to collect and pay for an item, when no address can be given?  People ask me for my details and I cannot send them. If you get a wire from abroad bank charges you commission to transfer. In this case we have to readjust small items (e.g. books, CDs) to cover this fee (i.e. abt. 4 Euro fixed for a wire over 15, so affects items selling around 15 Euro by -25%).
