Refund

I ordered safety shoes on June 24th. The estimated date for meeting me was June 26, but I didn't get it until June 27. Then on June 27 I was asked for a refund. But I have not yet received my refund.

Is only the 18th of June. You can Open an Item Not Received Case in the Resolution Centre one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date.

Your post is very confusing

YOu mean you bought shoes and they arrived one day late?.

The date on the listing is only an estimated day of delivery and it can take a little longer.

Did you ask for the refund because they were late?>

YOu done not get a refund because an item is a day late.

 

You need to come back and try to explain again
