I ordered safety shoes on June 24th. The estimated date for meeting me was June 26, but I didn't get it until June 27. Then on June 27 I was asked for a refund. But I have not yet received my refund.
Is only the 18th of June. You can Open an Item Not Received Case in the Resolution Centre one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date.
