Does bank commission apply to eBay upcoming handling of payments via bank account?

If you get a wire from abroad bank charges you commission to transfer.

In this case we have to readjust small items (e.g. books, CDs) to cover this fee

(i.e. abt. 4 Euro fixed for a wire over 15, so affects items selling around 15 Euro by -25%).

Shall bank commission then apply?
