I am new in ebay selling I got a weird massage of -61 credit fee because I rejected an offer on my samsung device... I stated that I will not consider offer under certain amount. The offer did not meet that amount..

However when I went to cancel it it shows -61 pound fee.

This is absolutly unfair I am new in ebay and it is the worst experience ever

I'm sorry, but your post dosen't make sense,

you can accept or reject offers without being charged a fee,

if an item sells you are charged a fee

you sold a Samsung device twice,

if you refuse to sell to the highest bidder you are charged the final value fee

The tablet has sold for £480.  If you want to cancel the sale eBay will charge you fees on that amount,  that's how the fees work.  Being new is no excuse, all the information you need is on the site.
