Hi could some one help me out I ordered a bouncer for me granddaughter got delivered but was left out side and its been nicked I was out as was told coming Saturday but came Friday morning who do I talk to find out what I'm meant to do bout getting another one or do I go though royal mail as there said it was recorded but I wasn't left a card or any thing only know it came as ebay told me. If I close my account will ebay then release my money on hold without bank ac details? Had money for over a month still collecting charges via paypal but cant release money to   paypal as they have parted company  & want bank details. I bought an item which wasn't what I expected.  I have started the return process and printed the returns label.  The seller is now asking me to return item to a different address to the one on the label.  I am reluctant to do this, although the seller has agreed to reimburse the postage.  The new address appears to be a private one and it looks as though I am being asked to send the item to another customer.  I am finding it extremely difficult to contact e-bay for advice.  Can anyone advise me please? ... Hi.  After a dispute I returned an item, attached the tracking information on eBay. I have now confirmation that it was delivered (from Royal mail) but it's not showing on the return as delivered, and therefore I don't get a refund  (still showing as in transit). I'd like to know what is going on with eBay,  they really need to check out their sellers.  I've ordered a lot of items recently and a lot of them haven't arrived, which is not only disappointing but I'm having to claim my money back a lot and starting to wonder if eBay thinks I'm scamming.  The sellers don't reply unless you leave them negative feedback, I'm not going to be ordering anything else in the future as it is very doubtful it will arrive. ... I'm trying to sell an item but it's asking to verify my mobile number by text or call. When I do this it tells me there's an issue and check the info below.
