Returned item not showing as delivered - have return confirmation from postal service)

Hi. 

After a dispute I returned an item, attached the tracking information on eBay. I have now confirmation that it was delivered (from Royal mail) but it's not showing on the return as delivered, and therefore I don't get a refund  (still showing as in transit).

Anyone have any ideas

Think you will find that the Tracking on Ebay will catch up by tomorrow. Is always a day behind.
