Item been nicked

Hi could some one help me out I ordered a bouncer for me granddaughter got delivered but was left out side and its been nicked I was out as was told coming Saturday but came Friday morning who do I talk to find out what I'm meant to do bout getting another one or do I go though royal mail as there said it was recorded but I wasn't left a card or any thing only know it came as ebay told me. Thanks in advance for any help x

Your only recourse is to make one almighty fuss with the manager of your local delivery Royal Mail office.

 

That does not mean an e-mail or Twitter [whatever that might be] but a letter addressed and preferably hand delivered and plainly marked "complaint".  If no result then follow up to the area manager and even involve your local Councillor.  Posties are not supposed to leave "signed for" items on doorstep

Unfortunately theft of parcels from the doorstep (known as "porch pirates" in the US) is soaring here too.

If the tracking record states that it has been delivered to your address the seller has done all that eBay requires. They are not be required to refund you if it was stolen after delivery.
