I bought an item which wasn't what I expected. I have started the return process and printed the returns label. The seller is now asking me to return item to a different address to the one on the label. I am reluctant to do this, although the seller has agreed to reimburse the postage. The new address appears to be a private one and it looks as though I am being asked to send the item to another customer. I am finding it extremely difficult to contact e-bay for advice. Can anyone advise me please?
