Hi, I recently sold an item which the buyer has messaged me to say it's apparently broken. I stated in the post of the item that it was sold as seen, you could quite clearly see in the pictures the part she was claiming to be broken. I offered a partial refund out of politeness, she rejected, so I thought I'm not getting anywhere with this so offered a full refund. Does she now need to send my item back? because nothings come up about a returns label, I've messaged the buyer and asked when will she send my item back and she said that she needs a returns label which I'm not quite sure how to do? can anyone help please
