Hi,   Just seeing if any of you have attempted to get a Non-Receipt of Delivery from Royal Mail.   Have had a customer that returned a Faulty Switch game which was automaticlly approved. Item showed dispatched at 01:08am on Wed and shows as returned the following day via the tracking.   The Trouble is, the item hasn't been delivered. The buyer had no feedback of course and has already left me feedback calling me a scammer etc.   Ebay have asked me yo obtain Non-Receipt of delivery which is something I've never had to do. An item I purchased had a set purchase price. Before I received it I had to pay £76 VAT plus £12 courier fee. Is it legal to advertise something for sale at a set price and then not put +VAT after the price? I think it's a bit of a scam by the selling business. It would be illegal in a shop. Hi Does anyone know how I can get ebay to step in to resolve an issue with a buyer please?   An item i sold has been returned and I made the mistake of refunding before checking the condition of the item. When I checked it was either not the original item as was clearly used and discoloured, unlike the perfect working item i sold!   I dont seem to be able to contact ebay to  get them to help me resolve this issue.
