open item not receive your open a case

Item not received it says it was posted through letter box but I didn't receive it 

unless it wasn't push I  probably and someone must have taken it I have checked with 

my neighbours it not their I have emailed  the seller  replied  back sad to open item

not received case I am asking for a refund

You have to do it through a dispute in the resolution centre

If the seller can not prove by a tracked method of postage that the item was Delivered then you will win the dispute

If any tracking or the 16 digit code from a PO receipt says Delivered then you would lose and you would have to take it up with the company that says they delivered it

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing         

                                            

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

then you can open a  not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

 

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
