So I sold an item that I checked was fine. Then the buyer claimed that the item was not working so I asked for photography which he proved the item works he used the item for a party, but because he listed as not working before the party he seems to have the right to return now he's used it. Help! I have a new iPad, and every few days eBay signs me out then requires me to sign back in again. When I do that, eBay then sends me an email informing me that there has been 'sign in activity' on a new device, but doesn't seem to recognise that it's me doing it on the same device every time. I can't find any way to contact them in order to let them know that this is my iPad so that they don't keep doing it. Does anyone know what I can do to sort this out? ... View more
