Returned - Non receipt of Delivery - Royal Mail

Hi,

Just seeing if any of you have attempted to get a Non-Receipt of Delivery from Royal Mail.

Have had a customer that returned a Faulty Switch game which was automaticlly approved. Item showed dispatched at 01:08am on Wed and shows as returned the following day via the tracking.

The Trouble is, the item hasn't been delivered. The buyer had no feedback of course and has already left me feedback calling me a scammer etc.

Ebay have asked me yo obtain Non-Receipt of delivery which is something I've never had to do. Any people that have been in similiar situations or have experience in this area?

Still no item, if any of you have been in similar situations, any advice is appreciated.

This sounds like nonsense. You say that the item was tracked as delivered? In that case, that's the end of it. Unless the tracking record changes to not delivered, which isn't going to happen. In any case, when buyers return items, the tracking only has to state that delivery was attempted, not delivered, so receipt of delivery doesn't arise.

Item shows as delivered yes, but I don't have it. 2 other items were received with no issues that day.

I was asking if anyone has had to get a receipt of Non-delivery, as I said I don't have the item despite the tracking.
