Is that for a click and collect shop or a collection from the sellers home
If it is click and collect then you have to contact ebay at the top of the page under seller help then scroll down for contact of call me back or chat with us
If it is a collection only item then the code is supposed to be sent to you
Many dont get it
The seller can mark as Paid and Dispatched
Ebay say that the seller could print out the order details and get you to sign it
I would think it would be a good idea for both to do that if thats the way you go
