ebay sent order to the wrong address

Ebay sent my order to the wrong address according to the seller as he used Ebay local depot. Buyer returned a different item

I recently sold a high value item but the buyer complained it was defective and I instigated a return and issued a refund immediately (I am too trustworthy).  But the item returned is not the one I sold.  He now has a working item plus a refund whilst I am out of pocket.  I have reported the problem to eBay but cannot see how I am going to get any further action.  Any suggestions? ... refund

i sold a set of 6 balloons to a buyer and it happened that 3 out of the 6 balloons (according to the buyer). although it's a set of six,the 3pcs that turned out to good can be used without the other 3 that are faulty. the buyer went ahead to use the 3pcs that okay. and demanded a full refund from me or they'll leave a negative feedback and it was a threat. am i really supposed to issue tham a full refund? are they supposed to be threatning me with negative feedback. do i have any protection from ebay in cases like this? thanks for the anticipated response. ... Im upgrading my individual account to a business account  and yet  RVay are insisytting on obtaining  your Photo ID. If its a limited company its clearly a Limited number ..... Dispute with buyer and not everything returned

I need some help. eBay have sided with a seller wanting to return a breast pump they claimed was defective. The item was in full working order when I posted it and the buyer had the item a whole month before saying they wanted a refund. I have fought this all the way and the buyer has been extremely slow at auctioning things. The pump has turned up today, dirty, manual missing and no bottle that was included! Upload photo for seller

I ahve an issue with an item purchased and the seller has requested a photo but no matter what I try I continually get server error remove and retry. Return and refund

I was given two options for a returns label. I chose the post office label and when I got there I was told I would need a parcel force one. Now I've cancelled my return thinking I could renew the return to get the parcel force label. Even though the return was cancelled it's still saying active?
