I returned an item bought on ebay and posted myself on the return address mentioned on the packaging in which the item was send, but when enquired with seller if its reached to him. he said i have send it to his previous address and he will not refund me because he has no access to it. I use my own delivery and posted back and now ebay has closed the case without  any resolution.  And I am unable to contact ebay. How can i go ahead in this situation. The seller inthis case is wicked as after getting all the information from me he is telling he changed his business address but if within one one month buyer returns item back he should keep the access to premises if he is a honest seller.  Need experts help here... ... I made an offer on an item on ebay and with 7 hours left on the listing, there was no response.  I noticed there were 14 watchers, so I just bit the bullet and paid the asking price on saturday afternoon.  I have spent all weekend waiting for the seller to get in touch.  They got in touch today to say that they sold the item on friday evening for cash on collection as stated in the listing.  It was NOT on the listing for cash on collection at all.  The seller doesn't think they are in the wrong here, even though they continued to sell something that was no longer available.  I have left negative feedback, opened a case with paypal  and reported them to ebay.  I did ask the seller if they wanted to the the one to inform my children?  People like this should be banned from ebay. ...
