Hello everyone, I'm kind of stuck at the moment I have a parcel at my local shop that needs to be collected but I haven't been sent a code to collect it. Any ideas how I can sort this out without the parcel being sent back to the seller? Thanks in advance
You need to contact Customer service ASAP to get the collection code as your item is only held for 7 days.
It will either be a live chat or callback option available
