Buyer never paid

So someone "bought" an item I was selling but has never paid or contacted me about payment. I now want to remove the listing cos I'm fed up with the whole thing. What can I do?

if you did not open an unpaid case or cancel with buyer did not pay you have to pay eBay full fees.
