Seller stated in a message they would refund me but they haven't and eBay have closed the case meaning I can't do anything. Hi, I purchased a second hand iPhone with a 12 month warranty just before Xmas last year and I've returned it to the seller three times now due to it keep freezing, each time it costs me £8 and I'm left without a phone for a week.
