Seller stated in a message they would refund me but they haven't and eBay have closed the case meaning I can't do anything. The app just sends me round in circles and when I ask for help from the assistant they say ooops something went wrong. Complete waste of time. Can any one tell me what todo next
If the case is closed then that is the end of it
what was the problem
If you open a dispute then you have to go back and escalate to ebay if the seller does not deal with it
