How to direct contact with ebay

Could anyone kindly to let me know how to directly contact with ebay now a day?

Why?   If you explained here first we could probably save you a lot of time as it is rarely necessary to contact ebay, as everything is already available on the pages using HELP & CONTACT and entering the subject.

If you really want to waste a lot of time trying to speak to CS in Manila then scroll down Help & Contact for Contact options.

Hi

I have tried all methods but I could not see the way to contact ebay. I
need to return a item which a Polo shirt did not fit me although I
follow the size guide from the listing.
When request a return it did not show up with any return label or even a
return address!!

Need to talk to sone one to sort out this problem.
