Hi just looking for some advice, I have requested a refund on an item I did not receive but the seller reports they cannot investigate this until 2 weeks after dispatch due to Royal Mail guidelines. According to tracking the item is 'on its way to Royal Mail' , is not in transit and has no update since 14/6. Can I do anything else about this? I do not wish to receive this item anymore - it was meant to be a Father's Day gift and I could not afford to get something else when it didn't show up as planned which was disappointing, I just want to get my money back as requested. ... hi, is there any way of contacting ebay? i need them to step in and sort out a return postage problem, the seller sent an item not as described or pictured, sent me a return label that doesnt cover the postage the post office will not accept it for this reason and the seller is refusing to send a label that covers it? and thhere is no option to ask ebay to step in or any way of contacting them i can find? ...
