Hi just looking for some advice, I have requested a refund on an item I did not receive but the seller reports they cannot investigate this until 2 weeks after dispatch due to Royal Mail guidelines. According to tracking the item is 'on its way to Royal Mail' , is not in transit and has no update since 14/6. Can I do anything else about this? I do not wish to receive this item anymore - it was meant to be a Father's Day gift and I could not afford to get something else when it didn't show up as planned which was disappointing, I just want to get my money back as requested.
