I am having trouble listing an item or revising an item i have for sale here on Ebay UK.      When i complete the listing and press submit listing,   after a couple of seconds, a page appears and says the page i am looking for is no longer available, it also knocks me out of my signed in ebay uk account and puts me into ebay.com    I am also unable to contact ebay live help of phone call, it is as if, this facility to contact customer support has been taken from me.   i have been using ebay for 18 yrs and know my way around it,  but have not come across something like this before.    The same thing is happening to my Sons account.   Any advice would be great.  Thanks ... I am going crazy with ebay,please could someone answer this cunundrum. I purchased items of furniature which arrived in a large heavy box 26 kilos, the goods were shoddy with pieces missing so i initiated a return, ebay accepted the return and invited me to print off the return label which only covered parcels up to 2 kilos, i sugested to the seller that i will pay the return cost but they relented and collected the parcel using a very well known uk parcel company tuffnells. i was given a receipt for the parcel which contained a tracking number, great i can now enter this on the "add tracking number" page. NO I CANT when i put the number in and the haulier i got the message back tacking number not recognised, the carrier is not recognised WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO DO. i have now recieved an email from ebay stating "were waiting to hear from you" please someone give a solution, i have decided not to purchase bulky items through ebay anymore. ... Dear friend, the site asked to upgrade my account to a business, accoding to the indicated to "1. Go to My eBay > Account > Personal Information > User ID and Password, 2.
