Hello all I have sold a item for collection only over 2 weeks ago buyer has paid but made no effort to collect or advise me when they will. I have sent countless messages what should I do. I been a seller for decades there is still always one.
Send one last message stating ...... Thank you for your payment however, if I do not hear from you in ** days, I will deem the item is no longer required, and will be sending you a cancellation request which will fully refund your payment.
You then go right of the item sold to More Actions. Select Cancel this Order Buyer Requests to Cancel. It will fully refund them, refund your seller fee, and your seller performance is not affected.
Then block them from returning and from messing you arround again.

You could contact them once more and ask them if they wish to cancel
If they do then you could cancel buyer requests to cancel
Otherwise just wait and see what happens
You are selling all new items and should register as a business as if you make to sell or buy to sell you are a business.
