could not find the“ 'Edit' alongside the Account Type”

Dear friend,

the site asked to upgrade my account to a business, accoding to the indicated to "1. Go to My eBay > Account > Personal Information > User ID and Password, 2. Click 'Edit' alongside the Account Type (you may be asked to sign in again)." but i could not find the 'Edit' alongside the Account Type at all.
If there's any error ? and how to resolved it?
