Hi just looking for some advice, I have requested a refund on an item I did not receive but the seller reports they cannot investigate this until 2 weeks after dispatch due to Royal Mail guidelines. According to tracking the item is 'on its way to Royal Mail' , is not in transit and has no update since 14/6. Can I do anything
else about this? I do not wish to receive this item anymore - it was meant to be a Father's Day gift and I could not afford to get something else when it didn't show up as planned which was disappointing, I just want to get my money back as requested.
Open ebay case for item not received, escalate after 3 working days.
It is unfair on seller that RM won't consider item lost until 14 days, but ebay allow you to open case earlier.
You could open case now & wait, you have 30 days to esclate, so up to you.
open a not received case and escalate it to eBay on day 4 for a refund -
