hi, is there any way of contacting ebay? i need them to step in and sort out a return postage problem, the seller sent an item not as described or pictured, sent me a return label that doesnt cover the postage the post office will not accept it for this reason and the seller is refusing to send a label that covers it? and thhere is no option to ask ebay to step in or any way of contacting them i can find?
