Contacting ebay

I don't seem to be able to talk to eBay 

just automated but I urgently need to speak to someone.

I bought an item from USA delivered to uk damaged . Seller says it's not there problem but it's global shipping's problem. They said start a return and global shipping will automatically interrupt and contact me .

nothing has happened and I don't want my return window to expire

can Anybody push me in right direction

Have you actually opened ebay case for not as described, if not do it now.

Escalate after 3 working days,

it does get a bit complcated with GSP, but don't let case time out, you have 30 days to resolve.
