Faulty iPhone

Hi, I purchased a second hand iPhone with a 12 month warranty just before Xmas last year and I've returned it to the seller three times now due to it keep freezing, each time it costs me £8 and I'm left without a phone for a week. The same issue has happened again so this will be the fourth time and I've obviously had enough. Is there a way to get a refund? Thanks in advance.

NO. You should have got a refund if it failed within the first 30 days. If you paid by Paypal they allow 180 days but you are now past that.

You should never deal direct with a seller when there are faults, use the tools available to get a refund and buy elsewhere.
