Hello there,        I have had loads of problems with the eBay site over the past few days - wondered if anyone else has encountered the same, or similar ...?  I've wasted loads of time trying to list items.   Wed. 23rd June.  Tried to end 2 listings. The listings did temporarily end, but reappeared as active later on ! ?   Thurs. 24th June. * In 'Sell Similar Item' ... would not save any listing information (description, specifics and photos) as a draft. Page just waiting / inactive (spinning) for over 30 minutes.  Page wouldn't refresh, either. * Problems adding a second category to an item when listing. (Page would not allow it.) * Revising items. Could not add text to the item description in the usual way ... the text was added in a  non - linear way. It was in a square paragraph, instead of lines. Really annoying.   P.S. I'm using Windows 10 on Google Chrome and have just cleared my cache, as suggested by eBay 'Help' pages.   Any ideas?  Thanks, Mel      ... View more

Is this a scam?   I have never sold anything on eBay, only bought.  Today I revived a return slip with a pair of women's beach sandals. Why this came to me, I don't know. FWIW, the package's delivery address is valid. None of the data on the form works in a search. My account shows no sold items.   I can't even post the item back as there is no way to trace the sender!   What to do? The Help articles don't cover this odd event. Today ebay logged me out of my account and asked me to reset my password The problem is that ebay have defaulted back to an old email address that was used to set it up 20 years ago that no longer exists.    I changed my email address in 2017 and ebay have been emailing daily with all my notifications to that address since 2017 but won't let me back in.   What can I do ... As the title suggests my former landladies account has been restricted.    All she was selling was baby cloths and bits and bobs. She has had her account since 2012.  While I  was living there I ran my account, but have now left to a new address which was updated on ebay.  At the new address my account was restricted.    Despire writing and speaking to ebay , we have both tried, her account is still restricted despite her not doing anything  wrong.    Is there anything I can do, to help her?    She has emailed and spoken to ebay via the chat option and on the phone to trust and saftey but to no avail and they keep telling her to get your friends account (me) back up and running, despite eBay telling me my account has been indefinatly suspended.    Any advice?    Thanks      ... This the thrid time that Hermes has failed to deliver on time and has been late for over a week to 10 days. My item was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of this  month and am still waiting for it. The tracking says that it will be delivered shortly and that was posted on the 17th of this month. The previous item was delayed for over 10 days after the predicted time for delivery. I had an email from one time saying "assumed delivered" which it was not. I also had an email with a picture of a clump of grass which stated "delvered here" The Highlands of Scotland are coverd with similar clumps of grass.The sender of my item cannot belive what is going on and to be honest I am not suprised as up here in the Highlands they are known to be somewhat unreliable. Does anyone else have experience with this company.åerhaps a report to Ebay asking them to remove them from and approved list of couriers might help. ... View more

Hi all, I bought an exercise bike from ebay in Jan this year, and the correctly affixed handlebars have shorn off the frame of the bike. Now is this metal fatigue? Poor workmanship? Poor materials? the thing is it needs to be welded back on,and the response I received from the seller was 'oh, take it to a shop and have it repaired!! Right, my local shop does welding as a side venture (not!), and he has not responded to my latest contact to him ( been over 10days).
