Hermes courier service

This the thrid time that Hermes has failed to deliver on time and has been late for over a week to 10 days. My item was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of this  month and am still waiting for it. The tracking says that it will be delivered shortly and that was posted on the 17th of this month. The previous item was delayed for over 10 days after the predicted time for delivery. I had an email from one time saying "assumed delivered" which it was not. I also had an email with a picture of a clump of grass which stated "delvered here" The Highlands of Scotland are coverd with similar clumps of grass.The sender of my item cannot belive what is going on and to be honest I am not suprised as up here in the Highlands they are known to be somewhat unreliable. Does anyone else have experience with this company.åerhaps a report to Ebay asking them to remove them from and approved list of couriers might help.
