Help with returns

I had 2 parcels to return, they where vwry big, but nonetheless ebay gave me some postage labels so i packed them up and took the to the post office,but they refused to take them. What do i do know ? How do i get my money back that I payed for the postage labels? Collect+ was another option for returns, will they take bigger parcels?

Contact ebay about it.  Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left).  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.  Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get links to "Have us call you" and "Chat with us".
