Can a buyer be made to buy the item when they have made a bid which won the auction (or at least a fee for waisting the sellers time and opportunity to sell)?   It is not the first time where a buyer has not paid (or no intention to pay) and it is very frustrating. There seems to be a software problem with feedback - it's become impossible to leave feedback if a buyer has bought more than one item. Hi i recently sold a car on here and the winning bidder came and collected the car and paid in cash and that was that he was happy and so was i he told me he didnt really use ebay as he wasnt good on computers so when he got home he emailed me saying car is great etc so because i was in work i asked my partner to close the sale on ebay but she has clicked the wrong icon and now ebay is under the belief that i wanted to return the item which isnt the case so now im being asked to refund 1800 pound for no reason how do i stop this please    ... Hello everyone, I wanted to ask for your advice on a subject. First of all, I would like to explain my working style in order to explain the subject better. I supply the products from Turkey through the stakeholder of my company living in Turkey. I distribute the products from U.k. Therefore, when listing products, I choose the location of the product in U.K. But at this point, a situation arises that I cannot solve. When I receive an order from a country close to Turkey, instead of sending this product fromU.K, if my partner sends it from Turkey, I will be able to send it both cheaper and faster. But as I said before, the location of the product appears as U.K. In this scenario, when I share the cargo tracking number with ebay, it will appear that the product has departed from Turkey. What harm will this do to my account? Otherwise, there is a handicap. If I choose the location of the product in Turkey, 20% VAT is added to the price I have listed. Hi,    Just wondering if anyone here has had a situation where they've won an auction and item is for collection only but the seller then makes it difficult for you to come and collect. Insists on payment first but is very vague about when you can come to collect the item.   Am I protected by Ebay if I pay now and then try to arrange collection with the seller?   I won the item on Friday, message the Seller to say I can come collect at the weekend and do bank transfer if he wants.   He relied, he can't do the weekend, ealiest I could collect is Tuesday and then after that date he is off on holiday.  Also he wanted me to make a bank transfer to his account first before I come.   Then got a message from Ebay saying I need to pay by Tuesday or Seller can cancel the purchase.   What would be the best way forward? I don't really want to pay and then have to wait 2 to 3 weeks before I can collect the item while the Seller is off spending my money on holiday.   Any comments and feedback on this matter would be greatly appreciated.           ...
