collection in person code

I haven't been sent a collection code after I paid for the Item, I have since picked up the Item and the seller has contacted me asking for the code. I checked my messages and email and it isn't there either. what can I do? thanks in dvance for any help.

The seller need to go to eh Seller hub and mark it as Paid and dispatched under Orders
