how do i close a return request (arrived faulty), item replaced by seller .

Go to your My eBay > Messages, click on the return message from ebay and then click on the blue "See return details" tab.  Near the top right of the next page, below the blue "Reply to seller" tab you should see - "If you no longer want to return this item, you can close this return".

Hi, went to messages, clicked on the Return Started Message from EBay.
Then See return details (Blue Tab), However, It displays the Return started, item dispatched, item delivered & Refund sent page. No “Reply to seller” tab.
No option to close return.

If you can't close it it will expire eventually.

You go back to the resolution centre at the bottom of the page and the option to close the case should be there.

As long as you have received the item. If they are only making promises you dont close
