So I bought an item in April and there turned out to be issues with it, it was a iPhone and the seller sent it to me in a different box that doesn't match that phone, it looks like a fake box. So I contacted eBay and told them and they opened a case , the seller had to provide me a return label through eBay that I could use to return the phone and then get my refund. The seller never provided me with a proper label and eBay told me don't do anything and just wait , if the seller does not cooperate I will get my refund. So the case was closed in my favour on the 3rd of may and I was told I would get my refund soon. It's now 3rd of July and I still haven't got it. I have been on the phone with eBay many many times ( 99% of the time someone in Philippines who doesn't help me at all ) they say the refund was issued on 26th May but I have not got any refund. Every time I call them they say " I will get the back office to manually process your refund , wait 5 to 7 days" I've been told that many many times and still no refund. Every time I call they are inexperienced and unprofessional and cannot help me . What can I do? I need someone to help me with this. Do I need to get legal help ?? Crazy. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. Thank you.
