SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. I got scammed as a seller. I sold a young child it seems like $60 worth of cards and i forgot to put the tracking but marked it shipped. and a few days ago the buyer created a case saying he didn't receive them because i didn't add tracking. and I have the tracking numbers and everything and it shows he received it. and he even said in the arguments on the case that he received it but didn't like his cards. this is not fair and i do not have any of the money or the cards i shipped him. please help. i cant do anything and i have tracking but it won't work.  ... I aksed the seller but he doesn't seem to speak English well. He stated he ships a few packages a week and has no problems and all fees are paid through ebay.  In the listing it states additional charges may occur.  It saids international shipping. Also if you do use global shipping how do i check how much it will cost because people complain about high prices that they are unaware of.   If I'm not going through the global shipping programme and just normal international what is the procedure do i pay import fees and what would happen to my item.   ... I have paid for a phone, the guy said he would only send it after I left him feedback,  I said no, he then said he wouldn't post it and ignored my emails, then one month later on the day it was due to arrive he updated the item to shipped. I'm having trouble connecting paypal for eBay payment, as reported I'm trying to do it via eBay – My eBay - Account - PayPal Account - My PayPal Account. It reports that it has a Paypal - eBay connection, but when I want to put a product, it says there is no connection. In addition, I entered paypal several times with Turkey ID, and there was no legal notice showing me that it was not available in Turkey.
