I aksed the seller but he doesn't seem to speak English well. He stated he ships a few packages a week and has no problems and all fees are paid through ebay.
In the listing it states additional charges may occur.
It saids international shipping.
Also if you do use global shipping how do i check how much it will cost because people complain about high prices that they are unaware of.
If I'm not going through the global shipping programme and just normal international what is the procedure do i pay import fees and what would happen to my item.
If on a lsiting it says"Ships to UK (for example) and many other Countries" that means Global Shipping.
Their should be no surprises as far as postage is concerned, potentialbuyerscan see the costs on the listing in the POSTAGE SECTION. Thevonly thing which would change is that Global include all taxes so as theprice on an auction rises so will the estimated tax.
There are only a limited number of Countries where sellers may be in the GSP, I think it may only be the UK & USA, ut they can ship to many Countries in the World. Again this can all be seen by looking in Postage Costs to see a list of Countries included as postage destinations.
What country is this member in? The mention of additional costs relates to if you are buying from outside the UK you arean importer and will incur VAT or customs duty which is nothing to do with the seller.
