Bought IPhone for daughter. Couple of months later she told me photos were low quality, but okay for selfies. Low grade photos go back to date of purchase. Contacted seller (seems to deal in IPhones), who refused a replacement because of time - but evidence that phone was dodgy is there in the photos. What's to do?
You had 30 days from Delivery to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. You are out of time. If you Paid through PayPal you can try opening a Case there. Buyers have 180 days Buyer Protection. Although they only Refund for Items which are Faulty on Delivery. Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Escalate the Case after 2 days. But before 20 days.
