Hello,   Anyone know what options I have when a seller just cancel an auction after it ended for the very obvious reason that it didnt fetch the price he wanted? I bidded and won an auction for a record I have been wanting for many years, was in contact day after and all seemed fine, I sent the money, checked correct adress and everything was set to him for sending me my record that I bought..then, he send me message (on facebook) all of a sudden that "he will refund me the money and cant sell the record to me cause its not his and the guy owning it think the auction ended too low", I was shocked, truly shocked...everything can happen in life, i understand it all but this..??!!!!   So, what options do I have here? Every time I go to send a combined postage invoice, "Something went wrong. Please try again later." prompts up. I have been waiting for 12 hours and same message comes up. I have tried to place a new advert on ebay.co.uk but on trying to publish, I get diverted to ebay.com with an error message saying We've Looked Everywhere etc. It does allow the saving of the draft. I also discovered that I now can't revise an existing advert, getting the same re-direct and message.  I have tried different different PCs on different networks, both Edge and Chrome, and also the app on my phone.
