PayPal are being wa******* so not paying the fees don't now I have too cos we organise the delivery postage bk did not use the ebay thing and thay bloody charging me for that stupid fee I'm not paying that fee
It is hard to see what your problem is so perhaps instead of swearing on here you come back and explain.

If your problem is with paypal the you need to complain in there as this is ebay.
Just to warn you in advance, these big companies do not deal with fee avoidance with kid gloves, they can and do send in debt collectors.
