A seller has said he has refunded me, yet I have had no confrontation from eBay or PayPal, this is now over a week ago, and there is no way of speaking with a eBay representative on the phone to see what's going on.
And where my money is.
Is there anyway of contacting a representative on the telephone?
Have you looked in your purchases? If a refund has been started then the PAID symbol will have changed to the refunded symbol.
Refunds go back to source, and if a card is used takes time, a debit card 7 days a credit card 30 days. You have the information in front of yu, if you are just relying on a promise open a proper case, then if needed you can ask ebay to step in.
How was this refund managed? Just by the seller saying they refunded you? Then this ' saying' cannot be enforced.
Open the relevant case in the resolution Centre. Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand. Do not close the case early on any excuse from the seller, and do not forget to escalate.
