suspicious activity on my account

I have suspicous activty on my account several times this year from someone in london on a Chrome computer. once from another Chrome computer also in london.  I did what ebay asked and change my password but it iss sill happing. nothing untoward has happened so how are they still getting in and of corse why. any sugestions?

If it was new sign-in message, ignore it, we get these.

I had 1 saying I signed in at home.
