eBay

Bought an item before Christmas and it broke though no fault of my own.  The buyer asked me to return it and they sent DPD to pick it up.  They said in the messages that they would refund my money.  They of course haven't and now I've no way to contact ebay to ask their advice.  I'm not given the option anymore to return the item under 'my purchases', nor do I have the option to start a dispute and worst of all I simply can't contact ANYONE on ebay to ask what I should to to get my money back.  The was a years guarantee on the item. ... So, I posted a bike for sale, it sold with a bid of £25. The buyer has declined any contact so I've Re listed and cancelled the order. It is now showing that I've initiated a refund of £25 even though I've never received any money from this buyer and had no contact. Hi I've tried to get a refund for an item I didn't get. Ebay told me to raise a complaint with Hermes (due to them stating that their rep delivered it, but the rep didn't hide it so when I got home it wasn't there). Both myself & my daughter have tried repeatedly  to get through to Hermes but can't get through to a human being to speak to them, so we've can't follow ebay's procedure for a money back guarantee.
