Hi can someone explain why I have just sold an item ending today but when I went into my 'sold' file the item

has been filed under the 'unsold' setting. Do I contact the buyer direct?

it's an ongoing 'glitch' the items will move to the correct place in a few hours,

you just have to try again later.
