Hi I've tried to get a refund for an item I didn't get. Ebay told me to raise a complaint with Hermes (due to them stating that their rep delivered it, but the rep didn't hide it so when I got home it wasn't there). Both myself & my daughter have tried repeatedly to get through to Hermes but can't get through to a human being to speak to them, so we've can't follow ebay's procedure for a money back guarantee. Anyone help? Or been through this
As seller proved delivery, you will lose ebay case for not receoved.
I assume this is why ebay CS said contact Hermes, but I doubt they will speak to you, needs to be seller.
