Bought an item before Christmas and it broke though no fault of my own. The buyer asked me to return it and they sent DPD to pick it up. They said in the messages that they would refund my money. They of course haven't and now I've no way to contact ebay to ask their advice. I'm not given the option anymore to return the item under 'my purchases', nor do I have the option to start a dispute and worst of all I simply can't contact ANYONE on ebay to ask what I should to to get my money back. The was a years guarantee on the item.
