Trying to get ebay to intervene re a seller matter but the name I am using to identifty the seller is coming up as incorrect. I do not know how to get the seller's correct username?hellp because unable to complaint without this. I hate ebay's help sytem as it always takes me hours to try & make a complaint. as it is NOT USER FRIENDLY & here is no telephone number to call for help.
