Hello i have question I seled item ,buyer already paid now my money is on hold in paypal Problem is i can't put money into my bank because i can't register mastercard and i can't ad bank account in pay pal becouse it only allows me US bank wich i don't have , So i came up with idea to cancel item on my regular account where is item sold and relist same item on my second account which is under managed payment ,i explain situation to buyer and he agreed to me putting same item on second chanel and selling only to him again ,so question is how to cancel already buyed item to not paying fees ,the fees are to much for me to pay twice ,and how ebay looking action like this I will appreciate help ,thanks
